For organisations, we partner with our clients to create productive work environments for employees to thrive, manage the impact of ill-health, reduce employee turnover and absenteeism. We believe that no company is small enough not to care, and therefore, we are also excited to work with companies with few employees.

Our Story

Peak Health Wellness Solutions (Pty) Ltd was established in 2018. The company provides health and wellness solutions aimed at optimising the well-being of employees and aid companies to maximise their productivity. The services are geared towards responding to the wellness needs and challenges of our client organisations. We embrace a holistic approach to wellness by focusing on both proactive and responsive interventions. The company acknowledges that not all individuals have the luxury of accessing wellness and personal development interventions at their place of work. To this end, we have designed services for individuals to support them in their developmental journey.

The Founder

Mmapula Mnisi

Mmapula is the founder of Peak Health Wellness Solutions. A diversified and experienced leader, Mmapula worked predominantly in the Human Resources Departments, largely in the Employee Health and Wellness discipline. She also served as an Exco member of Human Resources Departments and an interim Departmental Head of HR. She has extensive experience spanning twenty years in Corporate Health and Wellness.  She held various positions as a Specialist, Manager, Director, and Divisional Head for Employee Health & Wellness and Organisational Development, working closely with senior executives. She has vast knowledge and understanding of the employee health and wellness landscape in South Africa.

She established and implemented Employee Health and Wellness Programmes for three National Government Departments and transposed the wellness programme of a Metropolitan Municipality into a comprehensive, integrated and responsive programme. She implemented various wellness models, put in place service level agreements and accountability frameworks with internal and external stakeholders, in support of people management strategies. Applying her technical expertise, Mmapula developed risk-based health and wellness strategies, policies, operational frameworks and programmes. She facilitated participation of multi-disciplinary teams and alignment of key stakeholders in order to initiate wellness solutions and interventions. Mmapula is an Integral Coach trained with the Centre for Coaching, a Centre for Excellence at the UCT Graduate School of Business; and an iEQ9 Enneagram Practitioner accredited with the Integrative Enneagram Solutions. Mmapula is passionate about areas of mindfulness, consciousness, coaching, leadership, corporate governance and designing wellness programmes.
