Employee Assistance Programme

An Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) is designed to assist employers with the identification and resolution of personal and work-related problems that may adversely affect work productivity.  Examples of such problems include, but are not limited to: health, marital, family, relationships, financial, alcohol, drugs, legal, emotional, stress, and other personal and work-related concerns.

The EAP provides all stakeholders (Managers, Supervisors, Employees, Union Representatives) with a comprehensive system through which to address personal and work-related challenges. By creating a safe, healthy, caring and supportive working environment, the objectives of an organisation can be better achieved through its human resources. To this end, we provide counselling to individuals, groups of employees and their affected immediate family members as well as trauma debriefing on a broad range of presenting problems.
